had no breakfast, thanks to the coffee machine in the room :-). Location is great.

Beds too soft. Room very small - despite upgrade.

I liked it, recommendable. It was a quaint place, had very attentive staff at the reception desk. The hotel had a central location close to the railway station.

The location is perfect. The rooms are very nicely furnished. The bed in the single room is nice and wide and there is the possibility to have another pillow brought in.

The bathroom was a little tight. The single room is quite small for the price.

The reasons I'm conflicted

The location was unbeatable right next to the lake and close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable making for restful nights.

Noise from nearby clubs disrupted sleep during the weekend and room sizes were smaller than expected , made it challenging for larger luggage.

The hotel was in a very convenient location not far from the train station. It was very modern with a good selection for breakfast. It was easy to get around Lucerne and everything was within walking distance.

The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and super comfy. The pillows were amazing-definitely the best I've had on this trip! The mini-bar was stocked and included complimentary drinks, a nice surprise. The AC worked well, even if the control was a bit confusing to use. Nice bathroom too, clean and modern. Only downside was that I felt the TV setup made it tough to watch from anywhere other than the bed, but that's minor. A solid room!

The location is very central. Everything can be reached within minutes on foot. For a discount you can also park your car in the parking garage. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Unfortunately the rooms are asymmetrical, so it takes some getting used to. Furthermore, two single beds were pushed together to form a double bed. If you sleep in bed as a couple, you fall into the rift. A remedy would be to connect the beds firmly together. There are trifles, but with such prices...

Unfortunately, on the women's carnival at 5:30 am I was woken up with loud music in front of the hotel. Then 3 chapels, who had a loud breakfast and ate the buffet Lehr.

Super clean Stay with Really good Service!

I spent two nights in a cozy room where I felt at home. The front desk staff facilitated every question I had. I appreciated the very nice cleanliness throughout my stay, especially after a long day of exploring. A good experience overall!

top-class, romantic unit with a large bathroom and soft drinks plus a pullover sofa bed. excellent pool, parking nearby.

Appreciated good hot and varied breakfasts!!

We had 1 good day here, would be happy to recommend the place. We was traveling with our kid and overall it was nicely designed and excellent modern hotel. The location was central, great for main street and monuments located close to the property.
